첨부이미지처럼 모바일의 경우 footer 소셜버튼으로 인해 overflow 가 되고 이에 따라 header 도 그 width 에 맞게 over 됩니다.
소셜버튼을 inline 이 아니라 block 형태로 바꿔야 할 것 같습니다.
